The System & Program role develops, implements, and oversees HSE systems to ensure compliance, organizational alignment, and continuous improvement. The Operations role ensures daily activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and risk management practices to protect employees and sustain seamless operations.
HSE COORDINATOR - SYSTEM AND PROGRAM
-Develops, implements, and oversees HSE systems and programs to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and organizational alignment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead development and implementation of HSE systems and programs to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and organizational alignment.
-Coordinate HSE teams and resources to ensure effective support of HSE programs and system.
-Monitor KPIs and deliverables of team members, ensuring alignment with HSE departmental objectives.
-Lead HSE programs and initiatives.
-Track progress of HSE programs implementation and address deviations with management.
-Support the HSE Manager in maintaining departmental objective and perofrmance.
-Manage government licenses and reporting requirements in line with local regulations.
-Assist the HSE Manager in personnel development, training, and succession planning.
-Conduct field verification and validation of safety measures.
-Monitor and follow up on near misses, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incident investigations and -Lessons From Incidents (LFI) to strengthen safety culture.
-Oversee HSE aspects of projects, ensuring compliance throughout execution.
-Participate or lead incident investigations based on complexity and severity.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Deep understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as local HSE regulations.
-Proficiency in HSE management system, software and incident tracking tools.
-Knowledge of industrial processes and hazard control methods specific to steel manufacturing.
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, or related discipline; Fluent in English (written and verbal), proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; Minimum 5 years in HSE leadership roles, with a proven track record in Manufacturing/ Construction/ Fabrication/ Oil and Gas.
HSE COORDINATOR - OPERATIONS
Ensures operational activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and risk management practices, maintaining workplace compliance to protect employees and sustain seamless operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Leads and guides HSE Representatives to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations.
-Coordinate HSE teams and resources to ensure effective support of HSE activities in collaboration with operational teams.
-Monitor KPIs and deliverables of team members, ensuring alignment with HSE departmental objectives.
-Facilitate coordination across departments to support HSE initiatives.
-Manage government licenses and reporting requirements in line with local regulations.
-Assist the HSE Manager in personnel development, training, and succession planning.
-Ensure implementation of Safe Work Practices and strict adherence to Life Saving Rules.
-Oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures in collaboration with operational teams
