The Role
As the CRM Lead & Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our CRM strategy, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, and orchestrating targeted campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

CRM Champion Leadership:
- Champion the adoption and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the cornerstone of our CRM strategy.
- Drive the development and refinement of CRM initiatives, aligning them with overarching business objectives and customercentric principles.
- Advocate for best practices in CRM usage and methodology, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRMrelated inquiries, providing guidance, training, and support to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to understand their unique CRM needs and facilitate the customization of CRM solutions accordingly.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance CRM functionality and user experience, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 analytics tools to derive actionable insights from customer data.
- Analyze customer behavior, trends, and patterns to inform strategic decisionmaking and campaign planning.
- Develop reporting dashboards and metrics to track CRM performance and measure the impact of initiatives.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure leads are well managed and captured in D36
- Utilize insights from CRM data analysis to personalize messaging and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics.
The Requirements
- Proven experience (5 years) in CRM strategy development, platform management, data analysis, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customercentric mindset and a passion for driving business growth through CRM initiatives.
