Job Description - Sales Manager (Tourism Industry)

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough market research on a global scale.
  • Champion the promotion of Miki Worldwide, overseeing all worldwide business activities within the market.
  • Establish and expand a prospective client database.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers.
  • Drive the sales of Miki's global products.
  • Regularly visit and engage with agents for effective business development.
  • Ensure diligent followup on offers, gathering feedback to facilitate successful deal closures.
  • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports detailing accomplishments.
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives aimed at bolstering the global brand.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated sales experience of 23 years within the travel industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in working autonomously while achieving objectives.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
  • Exceptional sales skills, characterized by persuasive communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Prior exposure to working with wholesalers is highly advantageous.

Salary:
Rp25,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month
