Position Summary:
Provides leadership to ensure the corporation's compliance with relevant laws and regulations of the countries in which the company operates.
Following a risk-based approach, assists the company in operating within an optimized framework of values, policies and controls, taking into account its business strategy and risk tolerance.
Periodically identifies the most significant compliance risks, defines relevant and efficient controls to address these risks, delivers a robust communication/training framework that reaches associates on a regular basis; and monitors the efficiency of undertaken actions, providing guidance and assistance where and when operational issues are discovered.
What you bring to the role:
Possess broad knowledge of professional field and other related functions.
Goals are provided to the incumbent in form of desired results. Determines and develops approach to solve functional area related issues.
Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience. Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
