Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize e-commerce accounts on platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, etc., focusing on sales targets and advertising effectiveness.

Provide outstanding customer service across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, and social media.

Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to enhance product offerings.

Oversee daily e-commerce operations, focusing on detail and efficiency.

Develop and implement sales strategies for various product categories, manage inventory, and coordinate marketing across online marketplaces.

Identify and assess new marketplace opportunities, including logĂ­stical and pricing aspects.

Monitor competitors and maintain a deep understanding of backend tools and systems.

Report on marketplace metrics and sales, and collaborate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth operations.


Qualifications:

Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience in online marketing or digital marketing within the e-commerce industry.

Strong analytical and creative skills.

Proficiency in using paid ads and a thorough understanding of e-commerce platform features.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

A genuine interest in gadgets, online sales, and e-commerce.

Detail-oriented with excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.

Ability to work flexibly outside regular hours to meet targets.

Persuasive communication skills, adept at customer engagement and sales closure.

Graphic design skills and basic Photoshop knowledge are a plus.

Experience in a B2B environment is beneficial.

Good attitude, responsible, high initiative, meticulous, and teamwork-oriented.
