Responsibilities:
- Grow services revenues through service contracts, parts sales, and general servicing.
- Lead, motivate and inspire the service team to work towards total customer satisfaction and company's objective.
- Develop and implement proactive products, marketing & services strategies, programs and promotions to grow Services business and profitability.
- Management representative for ESH Committee. Ensure work process are in compliance with ESH policies.
- Develop and continually improve technical skill of the service team.
- Work closely with supply management, sales, engineering and other functions in the team / company to implement solutionizing and optimize support to customers.
Requirements:
- Preferably Managers specializing in Service or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
- With ISO knowledge
- Willing to travel
- Able to work as a team
- High proficiency in English
- At least 5 to 7 years working experience in business and/or service role
