Responsibilities:


  • Grow services revenues through service contracts, parts sales, and general servicing.
  • Lead, motivate and inspire the service team to work towards total customer satisfaction and company's objective.
  • Develop and implement proactive products, marketing & services strategies, programs and promotions to grow Services business and profitability.
  • Management representative for ESH Committee. Ensure work process are in compliance with ESH policies.
  • Develop and continually improve technical skill of the service team.
  • Work closely with supply management, sales, engineering and other functions in the team / company to implement solutionizing and optimize support to customers.

Requirements:


  • Preferably Managers specializing in Service or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
  • With ISO knowledge
  • Willing to travel
  • Able to work as a team
  • High proficiency in English
  • At least 5 to 7 years working experience in business and/or service role
