- Develop and execute data-driven annual sales plans, aligning industry strategies with market trends and revenue potential.
- Lead and enable sales teams to execute plans effectively, proactively identifying and resolving performance or execution roadblocks.
- Build, coach, and manage high-performing sales organizations, including recruitment, objective setting, mentoring, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
- Drive initiatives to improve Healthy AR and ensure compliance with approval SLAs and governance standards.
- Lead continuous improvement of business processes and SOPs to enhance sales efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Spearhead strategic industry initiatives to secure new business opportunities and expand revenue pipelines.
- Foster strong collaboration within the sales organization and across Product, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities to deliver strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparency and performance accountability.
- Maintain strong industry and market knowledge through professional development, networking, and continuous learning.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA is a strong advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial roles, with strong exposure to Services and Hospitality industries (e.g., hotels, travel, F&B chains, leisure, healthcare services, professional services).
- Minimum 4 years in a senior leadership role, managing multi-layer sales or account management teams.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, margin optimization, and sustainable profitability across industry portfolios.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific buying behavior, procurement cycles, and commercial models within Services & Hospitality.
- Strong expertise in strategic account management, including enterprise clients and complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Experience developing and executing industry-focused go-to-market strategies, including pricing, margin governance, and partner programs.
- Solid financial and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and business case evaluation.
- Data-driven, customer-centric mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
