Deskripsi

Manage and develop analysis using data and information through accurate and comprehensive MIS as tools for business for any business decision making or decision related to business strategies, also to help monitor business performance.

Automate report on an ongoing basis to increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy of MIS to minimize repetitive or manual tasks.

Create impactful report, analysis, segmentation or statistical modeling to address business problems, support business in decision making, and enable business monitoring.

Involve in development or enhancement of current datamart, data infrastructure, and analytical tools for reporting, analytics, segmentation and statistical modeling.

Comply with bank policies and regulator policies whenever accessing bank data, creating and delivering report or analysis, or when engage or working with partner.

Only use approved analytical tools whenever produce report, analysis, and segmentation or develop statistical model.
Minimum Bachelor Degree from related major.

Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in MIS on banking industry or financial institution.

General knowledge of Risk Management, MIS and Analytics at similar position in banking industry or financial institution.

Excellence in Progammer Skill (SQL, SAS, R, Phyton ect).

Experience in Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau).

Good in Interpersonal Relationship Skill.
