A hospitality company in
Jakarta is looking for a talented and enthusiastic
Sales & Marketing Representative (Full-time)

Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate leads
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Develop the market in the assigned area
  • Establish networks within the assigned area
  • Schedule and lead meetings with decisionmakers
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective customers
  • Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations
  • Prepare and send proposals based on prospective customers' needs
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and other services added
  • Understand and promote company programs
  • Prepare, submit and compile sales contracts for orders
  • Answer customers' questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
  • Maintain database and handle collaboration when needed

Requirements:


  • Indonesian citizen
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven years of work experience as a B2B Sales Representative or similar role
  • Experienced as a sales in the B2B food and beverage company would be a plus
  • Outgoing, active and engaging personality
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Structured, organized and targetoriented person
  • Able to leave a positive impression on others
  • Able to build a strong network within the industry
