Our client is a global company specializing in F&B equipment.

They are currently expanding their team and are looking for an After Sales Manager to support the fast growth of the Services Business Unit.

This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and you will be reporting to the Regional After Sales Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Developing sales from service & spare part business for Indonesian market
  • Analyzing market and competition information and providing forecast and opportunity list
  • Client liaison and relationship development with both existing and new customers.
  • Proactively reviewing client needs with the aim of increasing sales
  • Management and supervision of projects
  • Maintaining close relations and communications between crossfunctional teams.
  • Optimising customer care and ensuring customer satisfaction through reviews and surveys.
  • Providing support in inventory management

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate experience with at least 2 years experience in technical sales
  • Good knowledge in aftermarket product sales is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Work well under pressure, adhere to customer deadlines and able to multiple tasks.
  • Ability to travel and adhere to flexible hours when required

Salary:
Rp30,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month


Experience:

- corporate: 5 years (preferred)

- technical sales: 2 years (preferred)

  • Bahasa Indonesia (required)
