Business Development Administrator - North Jakarta

Manage customer, prospect, vendor, and business project databases.Ensure data is structured and updated.
Check the consistency and completeness of pipeline data.
Maintain the confidentiality of business and customer data.
Prepare sales support documents such as proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Assist with the preparation and organization of business presentations.

Manage business correspondence related to offers and collaborations.
Ensure documents comply with company formats and standards.
Assist with tender and business pipeline administration.
Schedule meetings and follow up on documents.
Support the BD team in ensuring the smooth running of the bidding process.
Ensure all administrative stages are well documented.
Input and monitor the status of business opportunities (leads, progress, win/loss).
Prepare periodic sales and business pipeline reports.
Prepare regular marketing activity reports.
Provide data and reports for management evaluation purposes.
Manage contract archives, tender documents, and business correspondence.
Maintain a neat and accessible documentation system.
Ensure documents are documented according to SOPs.
Support internal audit requirements related to commercial documents.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, Business, or equivalent
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sales/Marketing/Business Development Admin (Experience in the logistics industry is a plus)
Sales and tender document administration
Database and filing system management
Report preparation and data summaries
Microsoft Excel & Office (summaries, basic formulas, reporting)
