To support our future leadership pipeline, ASSA runs ASSA Academy – Management Trainee Program, designed to develop high-potential talents into future business leaders across our diversified ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Design and manage the overall ASSA Academy (Management Trainee) framework and curriculum.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition in the end-to-end MT selection process (assessment design, interview panel coordination, user alignment).
Develop structured learning journeys including in-class training, on-the-job training (OJT), mentoring, and business project assignments.
Monitor trainee progress through regular evaluation, feedback sessions, and performance tracking.
Partner with business leaders to ensure program alignment with business strategy and workforce planning.
Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve content, methodology, and engagement strategy.
Manage program administration, documentation, and reporting to leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Management Trainee program handling.
Proven experience in designing and executing structured development programs (preferably MT/Graduate Program).
Strong knowledge of competency framework, training needs analysis, and performance evaluation methods.
Experience in stakeholder management across multiple business units.
Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Agile, proactive, and passionate about developing future leaders.
Willing to be placed in our Head Office (Sunter, Jakarta Utara)
