    Deskripsi

    The objective of this role is to manage product assignment, development, testing and implementation of new products, services and product features that will support our ability to attract and retain customers and support our sales competitiveness. Plan and analyze performance of existing and new products, services and product features and drive changes in processes, approaches and design to achieve and over-deliver on targets. Coordinate efforts to implement changes and ensure good understanding of all relevant internal and external parties of the products, processes. The job holder is also responsible to mantain product evaluation and performance.

    Product Idea, Request, and Training

    1. Supervise all product management on all channel

    2. Evaluate all inputs of product tracker for all channel

    3. Lead product ideas/development on regular basis

    4. Lead product training and communication to sales network.

    Product Set Up

    1. Supervise all product creation to follow correct guideline

    2. Supervise all pre and post assignment of product and validation.

    3. Supervise all marcom channels distributing promo communication also internal.

    Product Evaluation

    1. Identify pain points of all sales performance from all products

    2. Lead regular survey on all product performance based on market reaction

    3. Develop and sustain internal review of product evaluation from sales network, CRM, risk, finance, etc.

    High Level Product Management

    1. Identify Product Approval Proposal with strategy team and submit based on business demands

    2. Lead or act as successor in product committee meeting or internal product meeting with business users

    3. Identify further improvement on IT product set up

    Requirements:

    • 3 to 4 years experience in Product Management, Development, with exposure in financial/banking company
    • University degree, preferred in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Informatics, Mathematics or Engineering major (can be substituted by extensive relevant experience)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
    • Experience in planning, pricing and forecasting products and sales campaigns
    • Experience in analysis of effectiveness/ROI for campaigns
    • Ability to analyse and report/communicate results together with root cause analysis and development of enhancements/corrective action
