Deskripsi

Create and manage yearly marketing activities and budget to support Marketing Objectives.

Coordinate with internal and external parties for sponsorship/ donation events as well as create monthly and yearly activity reports and maintain engagement with the existing fruitaholic community.

Expand community base outside of Jabodetabek and actively look and propose new KOL as well as manage delivery of fruit package to KOL.

Review incoming sponsorship event proposal and negotiate benefit for brand.

Coordinate with other divisions:
PM, Marketing, Warehouse, Delivery to discuss what fruits and quantities to be used to support the events.

Coordinate with Digital team to amplify event sponsorship through Sunpride Social Media and evaluate event: Proposed vs Actual. Collect reports and 8ocumentation from Event Organizing Committee.

Negotiate and coordinate benefits with sports clubs and their digital teams; for digital act ideas as well as coordinate with PM to promote fruit benefit to be posted in Sport Club Social Media.

Handle CSR - look for Institutions to receive fruit donations, Coordinate with internal to decide the type of fruits and quantity to be donated, arrange administration (Create SJ, approval), arrange for delivery and leverage donations into news value.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/ Communications/ Business/ Management/ Marketing/ Other related majors;
Prior experience in Marketing, Community Engagement and Sponsorship is preferable;
Have strong Business Acumen;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
