• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 1 year in Gaming experience preferred
• 1 year of Telesales Marketing experience
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Familiar with Marketing tools/elements
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
• Learn details about our product, promotions and service offerings
• Encourage and communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
• Manage social media leads to bring in customers
• Monitor potential VIP customers
• Pull out and compile customers' data for daily calling
• Monitor customers' behaviors in order to turn them into potential or VIP players
• Monitor VIP activities and create special lines of communication to keep in touch and convince VIP customers.
