- High-Performance UI: Develop sophisticated Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create "Single-Page" banking experiences, replacing slow, multi-click native nCino layouts.
- Advanced Data Engineering: Architect the nCino Data Model (Objects, Relationships, and Indexing) to ensure sub-second query performance even with millions of records.
- API & Middleware Orchestration: Design and consume robust REST/SOAP APIs to synchronize nCino with our Core Banking system and external fintech microservices.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and manage deployment pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce CLI) to ensure rapid, error-free code releases.
- Expert Apex Coding: Deep understanding of Design Patterns (Singleton, Strategy, Factory) applied to the Salesforce/nCino environment.
- Modern Frontend: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS for high-end LWC development.
- nCino Feature Internals: Knowledge of the underlying code structure of nCino features like the Credit Memo, Document Manager, and Product Catalog API.
- Database Optimization: Mastery of SOQL/SOSL and an understanding of how to optimize queries for large data volumes (LDV).
- Unit Testing: Commitment to high code coverage and writing meaningful Apex Unit Tests that simulate complex banking scenarios.
