Salesforce Administrator / Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator/Developer to manage, customize, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, automation, development, integrations, and user support to optimize business processes across sales, service, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards
• Implement and maintain workflows, Process Builder, and Flow automations
• Ensure data integrity, data imports/exports, and deduplication
• Perform regular system audits and maintenance
• Provide end-user training and support

Salesforce Development

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Design and implement custom objects and complex automation using Flow and Apex
• Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Write test classes and ensure code coverage
• Deploy changes using Change Sets, DevOps tools, or CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues

Collaboration & Documentation

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and external vendors
• Maintain technical documentation and system design documentation
• Follow Salesforce best practices and governance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flows
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
• Advanced Administrator
• Experience with integrations (ERP, Marketing tools, third-party apps)
• Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
