Job Purpose:
The solution architect in global telesales team, provide cloud expertise to support customers and help the team to improve cloud technology capability.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support Southeast Asia teams as a technical consultant to cover opportunities which need technical supports and dig out the requirement for further upsell
- Provide technical advices to customers to optimize their IT solutions on cloud platform to achieve business success
- Work as the technical account manager to handle key account customers.
Qualifications include:
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor degree in related field, 5+ years SA/SE experience in cloud computing and IT related industries.
- Familiar with at least one of following topics: Network, database, OS fundamental technologies. Expertise in solution architecture design is a must. Experience in solution development & Devops is a plus
- Superior problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
- A quick learner and strong team leader with great communication skills
- Result driven personality. Proven track record of achieving individual and shared goals.
- Vertical industry knowledge with solution knowhow is a plus
Job Type:
Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
Rp12,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
