Job Description:

- identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements, developing new systems and software to automate processes,

Maintaining and scaling the existing automation infrastructure, and leading the design process for new automated systems.
Understand the requirement for automation and design and develop automated systems/Robotic systems, Automated production lines for manufacturing for better productivity and improvement in quality
Measure existing processes to identify areas for improvement
Develop and deliver training on new systems and methodologies to all required stakeholders
Lead and participate in sales teams, develop solutions, and set up proposals for control systems for the water and wastewater, district heating, and energy segment
Support to other engineers for mechatronics designs and improvements in test systems
Managing the rollout with the sales automation vendor's implementation team
Once the sales automation system is successfully launched, the Sales Automation Manager will oversee the strategy, daytoday execution, and routine improvements of the platform
Monitor system performance and communicate issues appropriately
Communicating with employees to gain feedback about the implementation of new automation technologies
Developing plans to introduce new automation technologies to increase efficiency and productivity levels within the company
Evaluating potential automation projects to determine whether they make sense from a business standpoint
Creating detailed plans for automating processes within a company, including what resources will be needed and how long the project will take to complete
Conducting feasibility studies on automation technologies to determine whether they will be useful in a given situation
Determining which areas of a business can benefit from automation
Coordinating with other departments within a company to ensure that an automated process meets their needs
Researching new technology to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity in a business
Establishing guidelines for the use of automated systems within a company

Requirements:

Experience in industrial automation area, for at least 5 years
Market sensitive
Electronics background, but with IT / Coding capability (it is software programming, not PLC programming)
IoT knowledge or Industrial 4.0 knowledge
Understanding regarding ERP/MRP integration
