Job Description:

As Network Engineer, you are responsible to operate (configuring, implementation, troubleshooting monitoring) network infrastructure to deliver an IT operational excellence to customers.

Manage workflow closely with a variety of different level support organizations in the process of providing network support and provisioning.

Identify operational issues and implement design alterations to address these issues.

Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed

Configure, test, and maintain LAN equipment and services, including switches, routers, firewalls, access point

Coordinate with the service providers and vendors raising service requests, verify the problem until they're fixed. This requires good knowledge and experience in external routing protocols.

Requirement
Minimum Bachelor's degree, majoring in Informatics/Computer/Telco Engineering or related field

Minimum experience 2 years for a similar position

Excellent in communication skills, teamwork ability, and customer focus orientation

Having a deep understanding of router, switch, load balancer, DNS, firewall

Having an official and valid CCNA will be an advantage
