Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Multinational Beverage Company. Our client is seeking for Head of Quality & SHE position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead quality, safety, health, and environmental initiatives in a fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
Define quality control processes, methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure quality levels.
Lead quality audits, assessments, and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to establish and maintain rigorous quality standards for products throughout their lifecycle.
Develop, implement, and oversee SHE policies, procedures, and programs to create a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external partners to maintain compliance and respond to audits or inquiries.
Build and lead a highperforming team of quality and SHE professionals by providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO lead auditor) are a plus.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, safety, health, and environment management within the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of successfully implementing quality management systems, ensuring product compliance, and enhancing safety and sustainability initiatives.
Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
