Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational sealing manufacturing company.

As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least years of strong experience in sales from a sealing manufacturer or distributor company.

This position will be based Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Directly report to President Director
Implementation of Nasional sales and Order Intake plans.
Assist in the yearly planning of National sales goals to meet company objectives.
Set and ensure the obtainment of sales goals for the Sales Team.
Set up and maintain a price sheet.
Make joint calls with sales engineers to maintain good customer relations.
Establish and maintain relationships with key industries and organizations.
Provide forecast and other management reports.

Job Requirements:

Minimum experience in Engineering or Rotating/Pumps/ Mechanical seal Industries for years.
Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Experience in handling Oil & Gas Industry /Power/ Chemical /Fertilizer/Paper/ Pharma/Food industries.
Familiar with Indonesia Markets culture.
Conversant with the MS office.
Have good verbal and written communication in English.
Have a good team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
Willing to travel.
