Job summary
Assist Customer and/or prospective Customers referred by Relationship Managers (RMs) with account opening process and manage the implementation of specifically assign Cash Management products to ensure seamless onboarding and usage.Liaise with RMs, Operations, IT and other internal units to facilitate Customer onboarding.
Act as the main contact point for Customers during the onboarding phase,
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related field.
- Prior experience in banking operations, client onboarding, cash management or project coordination is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
