Deskripsi
Finding and analyzing prospective expedition vendors that are in accordance with the required delivery. Coordinating with vendors regarding the completeness of documents. Supporting materials according to applicable quality standards.

Managing the delivery of goods through systematic and controlled planning (FIFO or ERP / MRP), Selecting / selecting procurement partners according to company criteria.

Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Ensuring the availability and delivery of goods/materials through audit/control stock mechanisms, etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Finding and looking for logistics vendor;
  • Compile monthly logistics reports (Tracking, Inventory, Handover Minutes);
  • Responsible for the receipt of goods (Quality and Quantity Checking);
  • Responsible for the process of shipping goods (Packaging, Urgency of Delivery, Logistics Administration);
  • Maximize the delivery of goods effectively and efficiently;
  • Create weekly reports on job progress;
  • Checking incoming invoices;
  • Creating tabulations (price comparisons) according to user needs;
  • Can foster good relationships with old and new vendors;
  • Evaluating the performance of expedition;
  • Looking for new expedition needed;
  • Other tasks by the leader

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor majoring in Management or appropriate
  • Experienced as Logistics officer min 2 years
  • Experience working in Logistics/Manufacturing companies
  • Having MS Office skill
  • Having experience in export and import
  • Having experience in inventory stock take
  • Having Negotiation Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Communicative, honest, conscientious, disciplined and hardworking
  • Able to work as a team
  • Be proactive
  • Able to work with tight deadlines

Salary:
Up to Rp6,000,000 per month
