Your Role:

Your program will either focus on a specific business or functional unit, or allow you to rotate through a variety of both.

Your Responsibilities:

To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape.
To build knowledge of our end to end solutions which includes sales + logistics processes.
To develop personal leadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration.
To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking
To develop knowledge of our various systems + products.

Graduation is mandatory
Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Logistics and Transportation Management, International Supply Chain or Business Management.
Strong in analytical thinking, strategic thinking, planning organizing, business acumen.
Sales and entrepreneurial skills.
Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for pursuing a career in logistics and seeking for a global network.
