The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

  • Conducting ShopeeMall competitive intelligence which includes gathering the data, analyzing the data, doing forecasting, producing insights to the business, and providing recommendations with actionable action steps
  • Conducting projects related to improving Mall P&L (ie. maximizing revenue growth and/or optimizing cost) including doing handson planning, data analysis, and research
  • Doing other Mall project initiatives with clear KPIs and objectives
  • Being proactive: finding, collecting, and analyzing data by yourself, having the initiative to talk and retrieve data or feedback from category team
  • Working mostly with internal teams such as regional team, marketing, brand management, campaign, relationship management, and business intelligence team.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree and above with 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and change management skills
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic plans for ShopeeMall improvements
  • Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders.
