The Operations and Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement for Indonesia Service Business Unit.

- You will lead and manage service operations to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services develop and implement operational strategies KPIs performance metrics aligned with business goals coordinate with cross-functional teams sales finance supply chain logistic to ensure seamless service execution li li You will manage resource planning scheduling logistics optimize workforce utilization service delivery monitor control operational budgets ensure cost efficiency profitability develop implement maintain Quality Management System QMS accordance ISO standards company policies li li You will lead root cause analysis corrective preventive actions CAPA for service-related issues conduct internal audits coordinate external audits ensure compliance regulatory customer requirements drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma other quality methodologies li ul
