- Kundenmanagement: Du betreust bestehende Kunden aktiv, baust die Beziehungen kontinuierlich aus und erkennst gezielt Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenziale.
- Business Development: Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, gewinnst Kunden durch Marktanalysen, Messeauftritte und Networking und baust so dein Portfolio stetig aus.
- Beratung & Vertrieb: Du unterstützt deine Kunden sowohl technisch als auch kaufmännisch bei Pulverbeschichtungen, erstellst individuelle Angebote, führst Verhandlungen und begleitest den gesamten Vertragsabschluss.
- Projektmanagement: Du koordinierst interne Teams aus Technik, Logistik und F&E, damit Projekte reibungslos und termingerecht umgesetzt werden.
- Marktanalyse: Du beobachtest Trends, Wettbewerber und Kundenanforderungen, leitest daraus Impulse für Innovationen ab und bringst neue Ideen aktiv in die Zusammenarbeit ein.
- Reporting: Du erreichst Umsatz- und Margenziele, pflegst das CRM-System sorgfältig und erstellst belastbare Forecasts zur optimalen Steuerung deines Vertriebsgebiets.
- Du hast ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Chemie, Materialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
- Du verfügst über 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Pulverbeschichtungen oder Industrielacke.
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie eine starke Kundenorientierung.
- Du beherrschst MS Office sowie gängige CRM-Systeme sicher.
- Du bist reisefreudig (ca. 50 %) und besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
