Responsibilities:

Strategically source, engage, and recruit top talent from junior to seniorlevel positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Provide valuable insights on market trends and talent landscape in the FMCG and beauty industry

Requirements:

Minimum 2years of proven experience in talent acquisition and headhunting within the FMCG or beauty industry
Strong ability to manage the full recruitment cycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in sourcing and securing toptier talent
Fluent in English
