The Digital Marketing Staff is responsible for executing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies, analyze campaign performance, and optimize digital marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the company's digital marketing efforts.
  • Create and curate engaging content for the company's website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital marketing materials, including banners, infographics, and videos.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Manage and maintain the company's online reputation by monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media scheduling tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels
