Job Description

Team Management:
the establishment, maintenance, and management of the project team, the organization and coordination of project meetings

Progress Management:
guide project team members to push forward the project progress, and achieve project milestones such as installation, testing, and acceptance as planned

Cost Management:
control project cost and achieve project cost target

Problem/Risk/Change Management:
analyze, coordinate, track, and solve project problems, avoid project risks, control demand and plan changes

Process Management:
standardization of project process management
Requirement
Bachelor Degree or higher education in Computer Technology/Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Fluent in English and good communication skills
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, broad-minded, rigorous and meticulous work style, strong communication and coordination, teamwork ability, strong control ability, strong resistance to pressure
Familiar with project business processes, typical engineering scenarios and project quality standards and quality assurance methods
