Work Type:
Full Time- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards. Design and develop backend systems using Java, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system architecture, and ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, and implement solutions to ensure system availability and uptime.
Mentor and coach junior developers, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements/Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, algorithms and Web technologies. 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development using Java. Experience designing and developing large-scale enterprise-grade systems using Java, Spring, and related technologies. Strong understanding of database technologies in both RDBMS and NOSQL fields. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail. Experience with cloud computing platforms, GCP is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent English is required.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
