The Digital Marketing Supervisor (SEM) shall lead the team and mainly manages SEM strategy, including design, implementation and execution of SEM. He/she must have extensive experience and developed a complete structure and understanding with the SEM concepts and performs the following;

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEM strategy and works towards relevant and engaging content and organic search optimization
• Innovate and setup new campaigns (from scratch), including tag management and landing page optimization, keywords, competitors and industries research
• Regularly perform thorough keywords research and develop keywords strategy or phrases that increases traffic
• Identify and monitor key SEM KPIs (monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, traffics, conversions, etc)
• Performs daily optimization and analysis of all advertising campaigns
• Analyze revenue, campaign performance, click and conversion rates, ROI and daily ad spend in a day to day basis
• Improves conversion rates by optimizing the customer journey and landing page performance
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
• Coordinate and work with cross functions (Marketing team, developer, and operations team)
• Perform tasks and duties in relation to Digital Marketing as assigned from time to time

Job Qualification
1.
Indonesian

• With good English communication skills (oral and written)
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, IT or any related field
• At least 3 years extensive experience in leading Digital Marketing team as either TL/Supervisor/Manager that directly lead and manage digital marketing team
• With profound knowledge of web analytics tools and suite of Google solutions (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMRush and other SEO Software)
• Adept with the latest digital marketing technology developments
• With strong desire and growth mindset to learn about all facets of digital marketing

Industry exposure to online marketing on sports betting, casino, alcohol, cigarette products is an advantage
