Deskripsi

Work closely with Business Analyst, Development, Quality Assurance and Advisory Services Team to produce software documentation requirements.

Design and develop all internal and external documents to meet company needs, including technical specifications, technical documents, SRS, user manuals, procedural guides, and customized documentation.

Review and proofread existing documentation, such as design and functional specifications, to ensure correctness and proper documentation maintenance.

Create, compile and deliver software developmental documentation packages.

Creating and Monitoring Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) by User Request

Initiate the creation of new functional and technical documents when required.

Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.

Creating and Monitoring Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) by User Request

At least 2 years working experience in developing and maintaining wide category of documents

Experience in technical illustrations such as flow diagram

Excellent oral and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to all staff and stakeholders

Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources

Able to operate computer program

Have knowledge of several skills such as SRS Document, SDLC, ERD, UML Diagram, software architecture, and Basic Programming skills
