People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

Support the implementation of Communication Plans
Constructs and assists in the execution of response plans as related to Crisis Management
Foster relationships with communities, government, advocates, and key stakeholders
Support in putting in place necessary mitigation plans and communicating to stakeholders
Craft clear and consistent corporate messaging in alignment with the company's business objectives including press releases, briefing documents, speeches, and more
Develop evaluation reports, monitor emerging issues in media and social media

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree graduate preferably in Communication, Marketing, and related fields
With at least 1.5 year of relevant handson experience in handling Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or similar roles (internship is counted)
Background in PR Agency, eCommerce, Fintech, or a tech startup is an advantage
Capacity to identify potentially impactful events and facilitate related mitigation and recovery efforts
The ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Initiativedriven and has an entrepreneurial spirit with a flexible and committed approach to the job
