Hold Bachelor's degree from any major (especially Management and Hotel).

Has minimum 5 years work experience as General Services in Property Management especially office.

Conversational level English.

Computer literate (Ms. Office).

Leadership skill, team work, creative, loyal. Tanggung Jawab

Assist Building Manager in planning, executing and evaluating the operational and management of the building.

Plan, coordinate, evaluate and propose solutions to problems in carrying out and being fully responsible for the convenience of building operations.

Supervise activities and results of the work of housekeeping sub-contractors (cleaning service, gondola, pest rodent control, hygiene system, landscaping, garbage removal), security and parking according to established standards.

Coordinate and inform relevant departments therefore the service goes well so customers feel satisfied and comfortable.
