- Lead workshops with global stakeholders to understand current supply chain processes.
- Map as-is and to-be processes for in-scope and early concept initiatives.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, particularly across:
- Transport & distribution
- Logistics
- Inventory management
- Manufacturing operations
- Assess how Oracle can support or enhance business processes (without technical configuration or programming).
- Gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation including:
- Functional requirements
- Process maps
- Impact assessments
- Business cases
- Support in-flight projects such as:
- TMS (Transport Management Systems)
- Graphics / artwork tools
- Anaplan solutions
- Conduct option assessments and impact analysis for wider supply chain solutions.
- Act as a subject matter advisor on what Oracle can and cannot do from a functional perspective.
- Support better utilisation of existing Oracle functionality, particularly:
- Quality management (currently under-utilised)
- Site and location setup
- Demonstrate system capabilities to stakeholders to drive confidence and adoption.
- Address resistance to system use by building awareness and trust within business teams.
- Support projects through full lifecycle to go-live, including:
- Testing coordination
- Change support
- Business readiness activities
- Ensure alignment between supply chain operations and system capabilities.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Business Analyst
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP (non-technical / non-development focus)
- Deep understanding of:
- Transport & distribution (highly desirable)
- Logistics operations
- Inventory management
- Manufacturing environments
- Experience running workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong process mapping and documentation capability
- Experience delivering impact assessments and business cases
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience within lifesciences or regulated industries
- Exposure to:
- Clinical planning / inventory solutions
- Temperature-controlled supply chains
- Artwork or packaging workflows
- Experience supporting TMS or planning tool integrations
- Process-driven and structured
- Strong relationship builder across global teams
- Confident advising on system capability without over-engineering solutions
- Able to translate business needs into clear, practical outcomes
- Comfortable working across multiple concurrent initiatives

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst with strong Oracle ERP knowledge to support a portfolio of in-flight and early-stage supply chain initiatives.
This is not an Oracle implementation role. The focus is on improving utilisation, optimising processes, and helping the business better leverage existing Oracle capabilities — particularly across transport, distribution, and inventory/manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between supply chain operations and technology, driving process clarity, increasing system adoption, and ensuring high-quality requirements documentation and delivery support.
