    Oracle Supply Chain BSA (Remote Contract Role)

    Location: Remote

    Contract Type: Contract (Immediate Start Preferred)

    Role Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to provide immediate support across a portfolio of in-flight and early-stage supply chain initiatives within a MFG environment.

    This role requires a strong blend of functional supply chain expertise, Oracle systems knowledge, and business analysis capability, with particular strength in process mapping, requirements documentation, and impact assessment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting projects through design, testing, and go-live.

    Key Responsibilities

    Process Mapping & Analysis

    • Lead and document As-Is and To-Be process mapping for current in-scope projects.
    • Support early concept thinking for new supply chain initiatives.
    • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

    Requirements Gathering & Documentation

    • Document detailed business and functional requirements for:
    • Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
    • Graphics/artwork management tools
    • Anaplan solutions
    • Broader supply chain optimisation initiatives
    • Assess solution options and conduct structured impact assessments.
    • Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.

    In-Flight Project Support

    • Provide ongoing BSA support through the project lifecycle:
    • Functional design validation
    • Change management support
    • SIT/UAT coordination and participation
    • Defect triage and resolution support
    • Support go-live preparation and hypercare activities.

    Impact Assessment & Business Case Development

    • Conduct impact assessments for wider supply chain initiatives including:
    • Artwork and graphics solutions
    • Temperature-controlled supply chain solutions
    • Clinical planning and inventory optimisation
    • Contribute to business case development with cost/benefit analysis and risk evaluation.

    Required Experience & Skills

    Supply Chain Expertise

    • Strong experience in Supply Chain Business Analysis
    • Background in:
    • Logistics (highly desirable)
    • Inventory management
    • Manufacturing
    • Experience working within MFG environments

    Oracle Systems

    • Strong experience with Oracle Supply Chain modules
    • Ability to translate business requirements into system-functional specifications
    • Experience supporting Oracle-enabled transformations

    Business Analysis Skills

    • End-to-end requirements lifecycle management
    • Process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
    • Stakeholder engagement across business and IT
    • Structured impact assessments
    • Business case contribution

    Project Delivery

    • Experience supporting projects through:
    • Design
    • Testing (SIT/UAT)
    • Change implementation
    • Go-live & hypercare
