Job Description:

  • Procurement administrative process control
  • Handle customer queries and feedback
  • Build relationship with suppliers and partners
  • Communicate with the salesman based on product segment, responsible in confirmation PO in order to support customer requirement
  • Establishing relationship with the relevant department and users for ensure quality specifications of goods and services
  • Ensuring timely, efficient and effective procurement of goods, services and works, while strictly adhering to the procurement policy
  • Manage, Maintain and process good orders (Import/Local)
  • Manage and Control procurement cost in order to achieve optimal procurement and delivery costs
  • Sourcing new suppliers and products according to the trend (Import/Local must visit vendor if possible)
  • Maintaining purchasing database import (vendor list, pricing, trend, etc)
  • Monitoring and evaluated work and taking action solutions and improvements, to improve performance from time to time.
  • Carry out planning activities for the procurement of goods and raw materials
  • Carry out activities to prepare customers order according to orders and also on time (Import orders)
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of goods so that the quality of the goods sent is as expected by the customer

Requirements:


  • Maximum Age 35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree All Major
  • GPA minimum 2.75 from reputable University
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both Spoken and Written) and good computer literacy
  • Good communication skill especially in negotiation aspects and ensuring sound partnerships with vendors
  • Has experience as import staff can handle goods import is preferred, and manufacturing
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same field on Manufacturing indutries and Import
  • Eager to learn, logic thinking, initiative
  • Able to work under pressure as individual and as a team
  • Good attitude and can maintain good relationship
  • Coordination with team to resolve issues
  • Good at teamwork, actively contributes to an effective
  • Responsible to monitoring and evaluate forwarder
  • Good in detail and have interest in administrative duties
  • Have certificate Import export will be an advantage

Jenis Pekerjaan:
Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan


Gaji:
Rp Rp per bulan

  • D1-D4 (Diwajibkan)
