Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate agreements, including but not limited to contracts, leases, and vendor agreements.

Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company on matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Assisting in the preparation and filing of corporate documents, such as annual reports, minutes, and resolutions.

Conducting legal research and staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.

Managing and resolving legal disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary to handle complex legal matters.

Participating in corporate strategic planning and decision-making processes to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

Maintaining organized and up-to-date legal records and documentation.

Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Participate in the implementation of ISO 27001.
Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university

Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where the company operates; membership in the state bar association is required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing corporate law, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm setting.

Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, securities regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to draft and review complex legal documents accurately and efficiently.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risks and provide pragmatic legal advice.

Proven track record of managing legal matters independently while prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.

Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical \standards in all aspects of work.
