We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role ofAssociate Vice President Mortgage Specialist
Responsibilities:
This role is a customer facing role, with high opportunities and valuable customers who make an important contribution to WPB business.
This position aims to help WPB business to increase the number of HBID customers who have Mortgage loan. In carrying out this role, the Mortgage Specialist needs to ensure that customers get offers according to their needs.
In achieving business objectives, Mortgage Specialist must also maintain the level of operational integrity required by the company, managing and driving your individual performance.
Creating and maintaining an environment where you and your branch team at large can maximize performance in achieving WPB's business objectives while providing the highest quality of service is an important part of how you contribute to the business.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
- Ability to manage and establish relationships with customers
- Ability to analyze priorities and direct customers to take appropriate actions to meet their needs
- Understanding of HBID Credit Policy and Lending Guidelines
- Deep knowledge of financial planning and defining customer needs
- Understanding of the needs of the mass affluent customer segment in general
- Understanding of the referral process
- Understanding of Advance & Premier propositions
SKILLS
- Skills in establishing quality relationships with customers / potential customers
- Strong focus on customerbased service quality
- Clear understanding of how value is created in the Premium segment, both for customers and for HBID
Role holders are expected to identify opportunities in their daily activities that can contribute to the success of other colleagues.
Qualification
- Have professional and regulatory qualifications required by the market
- Follow every internal standard required by regulators
