Job Title:
Legal Regulatory and Government Relations Manager

Hiring Manager :
Head of Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs

Location:
Remote (Jakarta, ID)

What do you get to do?

Structure, draft, negotiate and/or review legal contracts, letters of agreements, and other documents related to commercial, financial, and operational matters
Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on all legal issues
Identify, evaluate, and address issues of legal risks
Monitor regulatory updates that may affect the company
Actively working and maintain relationship with local regulatory body
Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with regulators and industry associations
Design and execute regulatory advocacy strategy

What do we look for in you?

Proficient in English
Have at least a bachelor's degree in law
Have at least 5 years of working experience with similar responsibilities
Have experience in the financial industry or financial technology will be an advantage.
Highlyanalytical with strong attention to details;
Have a knowledge about data privacy and data protection
Have an experience with OSS or any other government tools related to legal;
Deep understanding about Indonesia law especially related to Banking, Financial Industry, Financial Technology, Labor and any applicable laws.
Ability to provide regulatory recommendations;
Ability to take initiative and work independently;
Have strong oral and written communication skills; good at building and maintaining relationships with others
Comfortable in a startup environment, have a strong desire to grow your skills and responsibilities, as well as work collaboratively in a tight knit, crossfunctional team
