    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just "execute tasks."

    Job Descriptions:
    • Actively source candidates through various channels, including social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
    • Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess applicant qualifications.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
    • Maintain and update the internal recruitment database.
    • Assist the People team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

    Job Requirements:
    • Final year student or recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not required.
    • Strong understanding of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    • Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
    • Passion for people, culture, and development.
    • Availability to work in a hybrid setting.
