Job Title:
IT Supervisor

Reports to:
IT Manager

Working Location:
Cilegon, but we have several areas for this position

Supervise, coordinate, and train IT Staff related to IT matters
Maintain all software, hardware, and security system
Software development support (full stack programming)
Troubleshoot of IT systems (PC, Servers, PABX systems CCTV, and public equipment)
Maintain good environment of IT housekeeping and training

Job Qualifications

Experience in Supervisory / Leader Position, 3 years
Able to communicate in English
Have knowledge in: Database Administration (PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, H4, etc.), Network & Server Infrastructure, Public Address, CCTV, & Telephone PABX systems
Have knowledge in: Windows software platform such as MS Office X/365 (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc), Win 10/X Windows Server 2012, Azure, Etc.), Integrated ERP System (SAP R3/S4 HANA), & System security and data backup/recovery (BCP)
Knowledge regarding Computer Programming (.Net, JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, Angular)
Bachelor's Degree minimum
