Responsibilities:


  • Checking the completeness of customer customs documents (BL, Packing List, Invoice and others);
  • Prepare a draft PIB (Notification of Goods Import) in the related Customs module;
  • Responsible for the receipt of goods (Quality and Quantity Checking);
  • Responsible for the process of shipping goods (Packaging, Urgency of Delivery, Logistics Administration);
  • Coordinate with the CS (Customer Services) Division regarding the approval of the PIB (Goods Import Notification) draft and all matters related to the implementation of the work;
  • Finalize PIB Draft, Billing and documents related to other PPJK processes in a timely manner to the operational team, for further processing;
  • Recap the operational costs of inclaring if necessary;
  • Monitor and respond to related Customs modules;
  • Report all activities of the inclaring admin to the inclaring head;

Job Requirements:


  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Have to PPJK Sertificate are more preffered
  • Experience to handle custom clearance
  • Knowledgeable regarding Export Import (EXIM) License Required
  • Experience to handle PIB, NIB, and other management documentation export import from A
  • Z
  • High Computer Literacy, fluent english preferred
  • Experience in customs clearance process at Tanjung Priok Port and Soekarno Hatta Airport

Salary:
Up to Rp8,000,000 per month
