Job Summary
The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and managing the overall human resources strategy to support the organization's business objectives.This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations,
performance management, organizational development,
& compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities
A. Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's long-term business objectives and real estate expansion plans Act as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors and senior management on workforce planning,& organizational structure,& people-related risks Lead change management initiatives during business growth,restructuring,& project-based expansions
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment strategies for corporate,&project-based,&operational roles(e.g.,development,&construction,&sales],&leasing],&property management Ensure effective manpower planning for new projects,
