- Sourcing of target companies
- Collecting documents and information regarding the target company
- Preparing teaser and Information Memorandum
- Communication with the target company
- Drafting LOI/MOU
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Drafting SPA (Share Purchase Agreement) and SHA (Shareholders Agreement)
- Closing support
- For the investors green field investment, legal research of relevant KBLI number, required license, conditions for applying such licenses, any other applicable regulations.
- Support for establishment of new company and initial setup
- Review of contracts, drafting of contracts
- Employment matters (including dispute resolution with the employee)
- Any other legal researches or legal resolutions
- Other related tasks as assigned
- Final education is a university degree
- Must have work experience *at least 2 years
- Business level English
- PERADI registered
