Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and _

- recommend initiative_
- for operation improvement for Meiyume Manufacturing for current and future business needs and market competitions_

• Provide solutions on business requirements and daily operation challenges_
• Staying uptodate on the latest process and Technology advancements to automate and modernize systems._
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings._
• Performing requirement analysis, identifying gap and proposing appropriate implementation plan and documentation._
• Preparing UAT requirements, test plan and test cases_
• Facilitate in handling/solving difficult/complex issues_
• Conducting end user training and ensuring that users understand and able to operate efficiently._
• Log and keep tracking all request support ticket_
• Monitor and support on Company Application/Software for business usage._
• Support and cooperate with Global Technology team for Application matter._

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science or equivalents experience._
• Minimum 57 years_

- experienced working with Information technologies and Business analyst._

• Knowledge in ERP
• Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamic Ax, SAP, etc.)_
• Knowledge in Database Management (SQL, etc.)_
• Knowledge in Reporting tool (Power BI, etc.)_
• Demonstrated solid track record of successfully delivering _

- at least 1_
- project in Manufacturing industry._

• Engagement experience in functional / technical architecture design of ERP software for Manufacturing business._
• Excellent analytical skills_
• Strong Leadership, multitask, ability of selflearning, positive and logical thinking with high sense of responsibility_
• High degree of resilience, ability to work under pressure, and adopt a flexible approach to issues_
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team_
• Good personality and service mind_
• Good command in English should be advantage_
• Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms._
• Effectively explain technical information to users of all levels_
