- Manage autonomously the different talent acquisition solutions to source, engage, attract, and secure the right talent for the organization within a highly scientific environment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, execute effective sourcing, engagement, screening, and behavioural-based interviews that deliver a diverse range of candidates and provide an outstanding candidate experience
- Possess strong ability to screen, assess, interview, and build relationships within different talent communities in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain market intelligence and a network of talent and potential candidates through previous experience, pro-active research, and ongoing relationships; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate manager requirements through high interview-to-offer ratios
- Passion for talent acquisition with an extensive track record of recruiting hard to fill roles
- Expert understanding of talent networks and recruitment landscapes in Germany
- Ability to execute sourcing activities, including but not limited to employer brand promotion, talent engagement and attraction, supporting events and meet-ups, and quality candidate pipeline generation with a significant proportion of direct and passive sourcing
- Someone who is not satisfied with "just good enough" and is always looking to improve, adapt, and innovate
- A natural collaborator who loves sharing ideas and learning from others
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to share complex ideas in a simple, relatable way
- Fluent in English and German
