    as the leading recruitment agencies, Adecco is currently supporting one of the leading and most manufactring company in the Medical Devices and Elecrical parts industry in their search for Incoming Quality Control that will be placed in West Cikarang.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate activities related to incoming parts quality data collection, ensuring accurate and timely recording of inspection results.
    • Monitor and maintain records of quality inspection data for all received parts to support traceability and compliance.
    • Follow up with both local and overseas suppliers to resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented effectively.
    • Support and collaborate with suppliers on quality improvement and development initiatives, including audits, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Communicate regularly with suppliers to align on quality standards, technical requirements, and delivery expectations.
    • Prepare and submit daily progress reports on quality control activities, inspection outcomes, and supplier performance metrics to management.
    • Work closely with internal departments such as purchasing, production, and engineering to ensure part quality meets company standards.
    • Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company quality procedures in all incoming inspection processes.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve inspection processes and quality control systems for higher efficiency and reliability.

    Qualifications:

    • Min S1 Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or similar Faculty
    • Experience as Supervisor QA – IQC position min 3th
    • Have Good Quality Sense and Basic Analysis Capability
    • Understand Quality Management System
    • Understand to Read Mechanical / Electronics Drawing
    • Able to Communicate in English is MUST
    • Good Leadership and Supervisory Skill
